Weekly Timesheet Entry
TL;DR
- Pick the correct week from the selector at the top of the page.
- Add entries with job search or free-text labels.
- Use notes and visit reason to explain the work.
- Edit or delete entries while the week is still
OPEN.
Entering time
- Open
/app/timesheets. - Choose the week you want to edit.
- Click Add entry and search for a job or enter a label.
- Set the date, hours, and optional notes.
- Save. The entry appears in the list immediately.
Job selection tips
- Use job number or client name in the search bar.
- If no job is available, enter a free-text label and flag it for follow-up.
- Owner review will highlight entries that need a real job link later.
Editing and deleting
- Entries can be edited or deleted while the week status is
OPEN. - After the deadline, only owners can change entries from the review screen.
Common issues
- Entry missing from the list: confirm the week selector is correct.
- Job search returns nothing: try a different keyword or use a free-text label.
